5easy to build and fun!!Jul 13, 2011

I got this set and it is so cool! This set is easy to build, and it is fun after you build it!! I like this set because it comes with 10 droids, and if you have the clone battle pack you are going to have fun. This set will be perfect for any kids who love Star Wars!

5Good Set, but Legos keep getting more expensive.Jun 14, 2011

A few years ago, you could have gotten a set of this size for $20. I guess you can blame inflation.
Anyway, this set is a good remake of the original droid carrierLEGO Star Wars: Battle Droid Carrier (7126) that was banned shortly after release thanks to some lawsuit. The droid carrier in this set is basically an unarmed/unarmored version of the MTT that was used during the Battle of Naboo. It's supposed to carry 100 droids in the movie, but that isn't possible with Legos. An improvement of this set over the original is Jar Jar (OMG!!!!) and another Gungan Warrior with a riot shield.

As far as complexity goes, this is a fairly simple set, as are all small Lego sets. In large quantities, this set is great for large dioramas/stopmotions for the hardcore enthusiast, and would go great with the MTT released in 2007 (if you have it).LEGO Trade Federation MTT

Overall, a generic vehicle good for purchasing in large amounts to build a droid army with a bonus of Jar Jar and a Gungan warrior.

4Great value for an imagintive Star-Wars childMay 10, 2011
By G. BLAIR "GBlair"
Bought this for my son's 14th birthday. He's a bit of a Star Wars freak. When I purchase Lego sets, I tend to look at the "pieces per penny" value ratio. I consider those the best value which work out to about a dime a piece. Battle of Naboo comes pretty close to that with 241 pieces for $24. My son certainly spends a lot of creative time playing with the various Star Wars sets, including this one. I would go so far as to extend the recommended age range up to at least 14 :)

4Great toy - over-priced on AmazonFeb 14, 2011

This is a new Lego Star Wars set that is actually a great deal with Jar Jar and another Warrior with a bunch of clones. It should only be $25 though.

5The Battle Was a WinnerFeb 06, 2011

It was what my grandson wanted for his birthday. He gave me a hug and left the room. The next thing I knew he had assembled all the figures and videotaped the battle. He likes it.
